How long will the entire ordering process take from order submission to delivery?

ALL UK ORDERS:

Order Processing :1-2 Business Days

Standard Shipping is FREE and will take 3-5 Business Days.

Our daily cut off time is 2 PM Monday-Saturday.

After submitting your order, what's next?

• Our staff will manually review your order and will be completed within 24 hours. It includes checking all customer's info, shipping address, spelling errors, missing street number or other details, etc. Within this period, cancellation is still possible.
• On the next day, your order will be fulfilled. It includes packaging, sorting, and dispatching. In this stage, NO CANCELLATION is accepted.
• The delivery will be handled by ROYAL MAIL.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way!
